Ideal for holidaymakers who love nature and sport with the proximity of the lake but also the ski slopes and numerous hiking trails. On the ground floor : -an entrance -living room -an open kitchen -a bathroom -a toilet On the 1st floor: -a bedroom with a 160 cm bed and a 90 cm bed -a bedroom with two 90 cm beds -a separate toilet Access to the private terrace with garden furniture (breathtaking view of the lake and the Sancy mountains) Adjoining unfenced land.
