## Logement
Located on the 3rd floor without elevator, it is 45 m2 and can accommodate up to 6 people.
You will have the opportunity to fully enjoy the mountain and all the activities it offers.
The flat offers:
- 2 bedrooms with 2 double beds ;
- a mezzanine converted into a mountain area with 2 single beds = please note that this mezzanine is not suitable for children under 10 as the ladder is very steep ;
- a functional shower room;
- a fully equipped kitchen;
- a bright lounge area where you can relax after a day out;
- a magnificent balcony with a splendid view of Mont Blanc, complete with table, chairs and deckchairs to let you admire the scenery.

You will have everything you need for a great stay, including: wifi connection, outdoor parking space, ski room with 3 sledges, raclette machine, coffee machines (filter and Nespresso), dishwasher, oven, microwave, hairdryer, washing machine, tumble dryer, fridge, iron and much more.
The cleaning fee includes bed linen and towels.

One of the main advantages of this flat is its location. It is just a 3-minute walk from the Grands Montets Ski Area and ESF, and is the only flat on the 3ᵉ floor.

- the legendary "Grands Montets" ski area, just a 5-minute walk away ;

## Emplacement
A famous ski resort, Chamonix is renowned for its location at the foot of Mont Blanc, the highest peak in Western Europe. The capital of mountaineering, Chamonix is much more than a resort: its valley is made up of 10 ski areas, a lively, authentic town center and a multitude of activities on offer in winter and summer alike. The Aiguille du Midi, the starting point for the mythical Vallée Blanche, invites you to enjoy a unique experience at an altitude of 3,800 m, and the Montenvers railroad, which leads to the Mer de Glace, is another popular tourist attraction. The Mer de Glace is a 7.5 km-long valley of glaciers. Spectacular scenery all year round.
