Located right in the centre of Chamonix, opposite the Gourmet Hotel, 1 minute's walk from Chamonix's historic pedestrian street: Rue du Docteur Paccard. Although the apartment is located in the heart of Chamonix, it is not located near bars or large terraces that can be a nuisance at night time.
You'll have easy access to all the shops, restaurants, bars and supermarkets: everything is less than 5 minutes' walk from the flat.

2/ A QUALITY, FULLY-EQUIPPED FLAT

The 90 m2 4-room flat can comfortably accommodate 5 people thanks to its 2 separate bedrooms.

The ground-floor flat is located on the 1st floor (no lift) of a country house.
