Mattieu from Reception was really very kind, we booked half board, stunning starter and dessert but mains were disappointing for all 4 of us, lacked flavour and very overcooked, but the rooms are cosy and warm and hotel gives wonderful crepes, popcorn and coffee (free of charge) which is a lovely surprise. I do believe bathrooms are in need of an update though. Spa is lovely, would be nice to have a gym too. But I really must comment the breakfast staff, this was a top quality breakfast which I highly recommend. Overall not a bad stay but room for improvement.

One of the best hotels I’ve ever stayed in. The breakfast is great and has everything you need. There’s a coffee machine in reception that you can use 24/7. There’s also filtered water in reception so you don’t have to buy bottled water constantly. The staff are extremely friendly and helpful. The hotel is spotless. The spa is also great - especially after days of running. The location is perfect. Right in the centre but there’s no noise. We will be coming back to Chamonix next year and will be booking this hotel again.

Thoughtfully designed hotel, with coffee and water stations available. Cool bar lounge area, great breakfast. Would definitely stay here again, and I can happily recommend this place.

Loved just about everything! The staff was very helpful, courteous, friendly. The amenities were wonderful! The breakfast was outstanding. The location was perfect for a start and end on the TMB. The room was comfortable except for no ac on some warm days. The coffee and water bar were appreciated. The spa area was also a nice addition. Would highly recommend except on hot days. We did order a fan but for the room but it helped minimally.

Heliopic was perfect for our stay in Chamonix before and after hiking the TMB. The amenities were superb, the breakfast bountiful, and the staff was very friendly. Loved the location!
