Being right in the centre, all transport services are just a few steps away: the main bus station (Chamonix Sud) and the train station are within easy walking distance, along with the free Chamonix Bus shuttle and the Mont-Blanc Express train line connecting the whole valley. You really don't need a car to make the most of your stay.
