I really love people from this hotel. My daughter (3.5 years old) was impressed that almost everyone (manager and people who works in the restaurant) she met here could speak English fluently. She did not have trouble to communicate with them at all. The manager Nataly was super helpful when she helped my dad get the elevator to the lobby for his Didi. All in all, we had a fabulous experience in this location. The only thing I would suggest is to have more free weight area in the fitness center, if possible.

The hotel room we stayed at was very clean and building looks pretty brand new. My friend and I were really impressed by the interior and amenities of the hotel. The staff even upgraded our room with a better view. You have to take an elevator up to the concierge, which has a chill dining/bar area, and then from there, another elevator up to your room, which I find interesting, because this way, it can avoid seeing many in/outs of people on the main first floor which sometimes could be deliveries etc. Overall, it was a great stay, if I ever come back to Changsha, I’ll definitely come back to this hotel.

The staff is so nice, polite and professional. I want to give special thanks to the team in the Lounge as they took such good care of me. I am allergic to milk except when it is extra hot. I ask for extra hot cappuccino for this reason. The staff in the Lounge took my request with special care. Love them all!
