The house of Aristea is a fully-restored and beautifully renovated two-story house, built originally in the late 1800s. It is conveniently located a few minutes walk away from the Venetian harbor and the Old Town of Chania, the beach of Nea Chora, the city center of Chania and the shopping district.
The space
On the upstairs are 2 spacious bedrooms, with en-suite bathrooms. The North bedroom has a double bed, and faces the beach of Nea Chora. The South bedroom, with a large window facing the inner yard and brightening the room, has two single beds that can be placed together or separately and a large comfortable sofa that can host one extra person.
On the ground floor of the house is a spacious living room, with a satellite smart TV and an adjustable sofa that can transform into two single beds joined together or placed separately. Furthermore, there is a living room, a WC and a fully equipped kitchen, with a fridge and freezer, a ceramic stove, an oven and a dishwasher. A coffee maker, a toaster, a sandwich toaster, a microwave oven and a water boiler are also available in the kitchen. A washing machine is also available to do your laundry.
Additionally, the house has a spacious yard with a shower, which can be used to rinse the sand off after the beach or simply to refresh yourself during the hot summer days. You can also enjoy your meals, a cup of coffee or simply the luscious sunlight sitting at the large table in the yard. The lemon tree, in the middle of the yard, provides shadow and a unique scent when the tree is blossoming.
The house is 150m2 and is ideal for families, couples or groups of friends for short- or long-term leasing.
