Facilities are great, as is the service. The only (minor) downside is location is somewhat outside Chania. Taxi is €15 and is easily booked by the hotel. We would definitely go again.

Fantastic beach. Great food and service

A wonderful, thoughtful and caring staff. We were provided great guidance for things to do and places to eat. Food was great. You can’t beat the location right on the beach. We had a rental car and it was easy to have it valet parked.

All the staff were very friendly and welcoming. It almost had a family feel to it. The facilities were spotless with a really calm environment. The hotel was beautifully located right by the beach even if we felt the surrounding area was not so pretty . But very easy to get into Chania for evening meals and a wander. Our room was spot on, really loved it's well thought out quirky design and it was beautifully cleaned every day. Breakfast was delicious and every morning the lady who ran the kitchen (I think she did!) was so lovely. She really talked to me about my gluten allergy to make sure I was safe and every morning knew to bring me my gluten free items. The only slight complaint I would have is that there was no fresh baked gluten free bread and pastries available . I have been to other hotels where they have provided this and bought them in from external bakeries. But really very minor. All in all, we loved it here!! Thank you to all the staff.

Amazing hotel and lovely sandy beach

The hotel is beautiful! It has a decent size but feels like we are in a boutique hotel. Never crowded or noisy. Service was excellent. Super clean and beautifully decorated. The beach is lovely, sandy and calm and just a few steps away from the hotel what's really convenient. There are several restaurants around the hotel and it's only 13min by car to Chania old town. The pools are amazing, but cold. Also the private plunge in the room was too cold. The bathroom was small and with no shelves to put our toiletries. The shower had only a small curtain protecting it and water was going everywhere. Spa was beautiful but only 30 min access included per day. Breakfast was varied and delicious! Drinks are expensive. Overall an amazing place in a great location with a perfect set up for a relaxed beach holiday. Highly recommended!

We had an amazing stay at Domes Noruz Chania! The customer service was excellent throughout our visit in every aspect. The food was great, and we loved our spacious, clean room with a private pool overlooking the ocean. The concierge gave us fantastic recommendations for beaches and wineries, which made our trip even better. This was the second Domes hotel we stayed at during our travels, and once again, we had a wonderful experience—we loved both!

Amazing hotel with a great service. Will definitely come back there . Staff is incredibly polite and very customer oriented . They tried their best to accommodate any of our requests . You always get some delights delivered into room.

We just came back from a 3-night trip with my wife, and it was truly an unforgettable experience. From the moment we arrived until the moment we left, the staff were incredibly caring and attentive. I had a conversation with one of them (Kostas), who said: “We know this may be the only holiday our guests take in a year, so we strive to make it as relaxing and enjoyable as possible.” That mindset was reflected in everything. The hotel itself is a perfect 10/10. The breakfast buffet was a highlight — just the right number of options, all made with top-quality ingredients. I still think about it to this day. The beach water was crystal clear, and the sunsets were absolutely breathtaking, whether you watched them from the beach or from the Raw Bar, where the elevated view made them even more spectacular. Absolutely recommend — and we will definitely be coming back.

The staff of the hotel is amazing, you feel at home, they are always happy and ready to assist! We will definitely come back, I strongly recommend all their properties, we stayed at the Domes White Cost in Milos and it was the same amazing experience.
