+ Location: beside good restaurants and bars. Easy 15 minutes walk to Nea Chora beach and restaurants. Service: friendly and very helpful. Breakfast: good choice of hot eggs, bacon etc. Nice fruit and yoghurt. Decent coffee. - No real negatives. Water pressure not great in the shower.

Great location, clean and comfy room. Just beware of limited parking spots at the public parking and on the streets. Newly implemented app by Chania city, max 4hrs and doesnt reset properly right now so you cant extend after the 1st block and it took 24-36hrs before we could renew again. Great restaurant right accross the street.

Lovely location so convenient for walking and dining. Staff all extremely polite and friendly. Rooms spotlessly clean and breakfast very good. Our only criticism is the lack of a lift which meant my 80 year old husband having to carry heavy cases up 2 flights of stairs as we had a late arrival and no staff on duty.

We only stayed one night. They let us store our luggage when we arrived early in the morning. The location is stellar, in the old town. But there was no parking, so we parked 15 minutes away and had to walk in with our luggage. Our room was large and clean.

We had a very nice stay at Elia Palazzo Hotel. Chania is charming, and the hotel's location and staff made our trip. Being on the edge of the Old Town kept it quiet, and since taxis could drop us off very close by, getting our luggage to the hotel was surprisingly easy. It is also very close to beach and has a nice small sunroof. The room was spacious, clean, and comfortable, and the staff was very helpful - the receptionist mapped out excellent local restaurant recommendations for us. On the downside, our Room was on the 3rd floor with no elevator. While typical for historic buildings, it wasn't mentioned on Expedia and was tough to climb after a hot summer day outside. We also had very weak water pressure in the shower; the staff tried to fix it, but municipal roadworks nearby kept causing it to drop back to a trickle. Lastly, we didn't receive the welcome bottle of wine included with our Expedia VIP booking. Despite these issues, the fantastic location and warm service outweighed the negatives.

Very nice stay

Very nice hotel at the very good place. Excellent breakfast, big rooms and beautiful place. Only little thing there should have been A wine bottle ready in the room for silver client and there was not and there wasn’t anyone at the reception in the evening or in the morning before we left so we could not ask for that. But all the other things were great.
