PERSONA MOLTO SCORRETTA

Persona molto scorretta. Abbiamo prenotato una camera doppia per 2 notti, 12 e 13 settembre, con tre settimane di anticipo. Due giorni prima del nostro arrivo ci avvisa che la seconda notte la camera non è più disponibile, motivando che non aveva il calendario aggiornato !?... Rimaniamo basiti e rispondiamo il giorno dopo, lui ci risponde che non avendo ricevuto una risposta immediata, ormai ci ha cancellato anche la prima notte. Da censurate!
