If you have ever dream about a holiday villa in Chania in blissful seclusion where you can lose all sense of time, then this unique property will prove ideal, enjoying one of the most enviable positions you are ever likely to find in Crete.

Perched on a hilltop and on the edge of the sea, the views are stupendous and its immaculate interior match its magnificent location.

The villa has two floors, each with its own private entrance into a three bedroom apartment.The two units are entirely separate and private, so the whole property is ideally suited to large groups, either families or friends.

The swimming pool is situated on the one side of the house. Whether you are lounging on the terraces around the pool or relaxing on the spacious private balconies, the views are fabulous and the silence broken only by the waves against the rocky shoreline below.

The standard of the interiors is really high. As the interior was recently renovated, all the spaces are modern and cosy. Each floor consists of two bathrooms, one with shower, and the other with a jacuzzi bath and washing machine. There are also three good size bedrooms: two double and one twin bedroom, some of which have a balcony.

In each floor, there is also a fully equipped kitchen (including dishwasher) with a spacious sitting/dining room. The sitting room which has a fireplace is tastefully furnished with comfortable sofas and chairs. A wide glazed window with two doors leads to a huge balcony with views that will take your breath away.

With a constant breeze for which Crete is well known, the villa never feels stuffy and yet air-conditioning is provided in every room.

Like the interior, so the exterior has recently renovated in order to be convenient for 12 persons. You will find a large dining table and a reed pergola, which offers its shade and make this place ideal for family meals and moments of relaxation.
