A beautiful room in a historic centuries old building. Clean and comfortable with careful attention to every detail. The location was right in the heart of the old city. The owner is a great lady willing to help or provide information. The worst thing about our stay was that we couldn't stay longer.

Rooms are well appointed and location is great but the age of the building shows. Any one even steps on the floor next to or above your room and it can be heard very loudly. Also, there is no street parking here. The website is not accurate. You have to park you car elsewhere and get your luggage here

I am so happy that we found this hotel. My girlfriend and I stayed on the third floor and it was an amazing time. The hotel is owned by a local family and the woman that runs it is an amazing person. She was very hospitable and friendly and gave us tons of local knowledge and restaurant suggestions. Our trip was infinitely better because of her knowledge and wisdom of the island she showed us what beaches what restaurants and what areas to visit. I would highly recommend staying at this hotel. Another thing that is perfect about this hotel is itโ€™s located in the center of old town so you are right in the heart of everything. One thing to note there is no elevator so just be prepared to carry your suitcases to your floor. Itโ€™s not a big deal. I just wanted to put that out there because it matters to some people. When we return to Crete, I will 100% stay at this hotel again.
