SeaViewHeaven, part of the Aegean Villas collection, is a hillside retreat overlooking Chania that brings together two connected houses into one generous, private stay. Inside, air-conditioned living spaces are set up for easy together time, with comfortable seating, flat-screen TVs and full kitchen facilities including fridge, oven and coffee machine, so groups can cook, eat and unwind at their own pace. Across the estate there are seven bedrooms and four bathrooms, giving each guest a real bedroom and plenty of space to get ready without queues.

Outside, the focus is on long, lazy hours in the sun. A private swimming pool stretches out with open views over the city and hills, paired with a hot tub for soaking under the sky. Terraces and patios step down around the water, with room for loungers, outdoor lounging corners and relaxed al fresco meals, while landscaped garden areas add greenery and a sense of seclusion. Free private parking within the grounds means you can pull straight in and keep the car close throughout your stay.

The property lies at 22 Karkavatsou Street in Chania Town, in a quiet spot that still keeps you close to key sights. Chania’s centre and Old Venetian Harbour are roughly 3.5–4 km away, so tavernas, cafés and waterfront walks are an easy drive. The House-Museum of Eleftherios Venizelos and the Archaeological Museum of Chania sit a short distance away for cultural outings, and Chania International Airport is about 10–11 km from the house, giving straightforward access by car or transfer.

Chania’s old town and Venetian harbor are about 10–12 minutes’ drive (around 3.5–4 km) from the house. The area is mainly made up of family homes and small properties, giving it a local neighborhood feel.

In the wider area, guests will find supermarkets, bakeries, pharmacies, and other everyday shops within a few minutes’ drive along the road that leads into the city. A variety of tavernas and cafés can be reached by car in Chania Town and the nearby Halepa district, providing simple options for meals and evening outings. The property is also a short drive from landmarks such as the House-Museum of Eleftherios Venizelos and the Archaeological Museum of Chania, making it convenient for brief cultural visits. Road access from the neighborhood connects quickly to the main routes towards Souda Bay and the national road for day trips along the north coast.
