This staff lied to us. My son was crying because there pool didnt open until 1pm. The front desk person said it would be open at 9am and then we were told no. The airport shuttle only runs during the day. I would give zero stars if possible

My first room i got smelled like wet dog. When we got to the second room the shade was broken off, the toilet was broken. I was only there for one night, but this is not a good hotel at all.

It was a good stay!

Overall, it was a good stay. I slept well without any disturbance. On top of that, people who are working for this hotel are great. As the hotel facility was a bit older, it was easily offset by the kindness and willingness from the people working here. It was a pleasant experience nonetheless! However, as someone noted in the previous review, I also thought that the shuttle bus to and from IAD airport was 24/7. It turned out to be from 7 AM to 10 PM. Because they might not have a freedom to "customize" the Wyndham group website, if I knew the most accurate info before I headed to the hotel, I might have had a second thought. We wish that the manager has a chance to see this, and update their website with most accurate info up to date. Thank you very much for your consideration in advance.
