The TV did not stream and you had to use your phone to access all streaming and it never worked. They sent someone up to replace our remote (that didn’t work either) and to assist with the streaming but she was unable to get it to respond ! The room reeked of cigarettes after returning from dinner and we complained about that too. They gave us some IHG reward points for the inconvenience but not sure I would ever stay in an IHG property and definitely not this one !

My room was very clean, however, there was a strange odor in my bathroom, possibly from the drains that didnt go away. Overall the place was nice and the renovation well done. Staff was kind.
