Popular dining spots in the neighborhood include Xiao Bao Biscuit, Fuel, Porchetta Shop, Southbound, R Kitchen, Chubby Fish and many more! Our guests and neighbors also rave about Welton's Tiny Bakeshop and Kudu Coffee. We recommend going to either for a cup of locally-roasted coffee or their delicious cookies and cakes. The house is only a short walk from the very popular King Street where you will find a multitude of great shops – including antique shops, book stores and fashion boutiques – as well as endless buzzing restaurants and bars.

You can walk almost everywhere - but should you want to rest your feet, there are many other options for getting around: Uber, Lyft, Charleston Bike Taxi, Charleston Rickshaw, Green Taxi or Yellow Cab.

We had a great stay. Everything in the house was well maintained and exactly as described. The rooms were very nice and we were able to get very good rest. The host provided excellent communication and we were able to check in and out with no problems. The house was located close to many restaurants, coffee shops and bakeries. It was also located about a 10 min drive from most tourist destinations. We would definitely stay here again.

Great location to walk to shops and restaurants. The house was clean and well stocked. The only downside was the construction in the area. It started early and the drilling lasted for most of the morning then on and off during the day. There isn’t anything the property owner can do, it affects the whole neighborhood, however as a guest it’s nice to have a heads up.

Downstairs bathroom, toilet seat is loose, moves side to side. Towel rack completely fell off when I tried to hang a towel. Should have had more coffee for 5 people. Netflix should be included. We had a terrible time with the tv. You finally sent over Seth after I communicated through text for an hour trying to fix the tv. He had to bring in a new router plus new remote. Tv upstairs in at least one of the bedrooms not working. Don’t know about the other 2 as they did not turn them on. Rug in upstairs front bedroom was filthy. Need to fix kitchen cabinets. Check out time of 10am is ridiculous. For the money that you charge, you need to pay attention to some of the details of the property. All in all we enjoyed our weekend.

Great choice! We love to walk, so enjoyed strolls to the French Quarter & King St. We walked to a rehearsal dinner & even to a Ghost Tour! Holey City Bagels makes for a great breakfast & is a 5 minute walk. Rooms are spacious. Nice bathroom amenities. Comfortable mattresses. Getting into the parking area was initially daunting (it’s a tight turn off of Spring). We have an SUV & minivan, so it’s doable! If you’re traveling with little ones, Hampton Park is approx 1.5 miles away and lovely.Communication from host was excellent. Book it!

Great location - close enough to walk to King Street and nearby lots of restaurants and coffee shops. We had no issues with road noise or party goers. It was perfect for our group which spent little time in the house - but the living space was a bit small for us all to spread out (8 people). Perfect if you have plans to explore the city!

Wonderful stay!

We absolutely loved this house. It’s in a wonderful area with tons of fun restaurants and shops that are within walking distance. The house was very clean and very spacious for my family of five. The beds were extremely comfortable. The hosts were fantastic and checked in with us often.I would definitely recommend this place and I hope to be able to visit again soon!

Perfectly adequate for what we needed

A group of 40 something moms, friends since high school gathered from all over the country for a 3-day weekend. Location was absolutely perfect, we were able to walk everywhere because driving and parking in downtown Charleston is absolutely anightmare. The house had four King bedrooms, which was great for moms looking for some space of ow. It was very clean. Kitchen and bathrooms had everything we needed. I would strongly recommend management get in there and do some cosmetic touchups before busy season. A lot of dents/scratches on the walls. The windows are not great. Remote controls do not work well. But check in and checkout was so easy, all you have to do is start the dishwasher and take out the garbage. No long list of chores. It contributed to the laid back vibe we needed this weekend and we appreciate that.

Nice Getaway!

My family and zi stayed at this location for a beach trip, and truly enjoyed the relaxation! The host communicated well, helped us through check in and check out, and presented us with a nice, cozy little place for our trip. Very much appreciated!

Beds were great and location was convenient. Parking is very tight and would not work if all units are full or you have two cars with you (two spaces provided). Had to report multiple cracks in vinal floors from poor condition of subflooring...several soft spots under carpets also. Walls were dirty and scratched and need to fresh paint. Managment group was easy to communicate with via phone and responsive when sending photos. Noisy late night neighbors also but that is just part of staying in the city. Convenient location but pricy for condition.

Annual Friends Trip

Property was as advertised. Had 4br 2 baths, living room and kitchen. Wi-Fi was down one of the days but that's about it. Overall a good stay. Area is in the process of gentrification, but short walk (w blocks) to King Street makes it a good spot.
