We stayed one night in the King Suite while in town for a show at The Refinery. The room was spotless, spacious, and the bed was incredibly comfortable. The walls seemed well insulated because we never heard neighbors or outside noise. We slept in (convenient 11:00 AM check-out) and missed breakfast, and with such a short stay we didn't get a chance to use any of the amenities. We'd definitely stay here again. It's also a great location if you're planning to explore both Charleston's historic district and Folly Beach.

The good: The staff was excellent, the breakfast was good. The property is beautifully landscaped. The beds are comfortable. The bad: The safe deposit box did not work. The pool was closed.
