This Folly Beach condo is the perfect spot for your next vacation! This unit offers you the perfect location for Folly Beach as well as the Charleston area. The condo sleeps eight with three bedrooms and two full bathrooms. There is one king bed, one queen bed, and two sets of bunk beds. From the patio you can watch the beautiful sunrises and sunsets that Folly showcases everyday. You can even see dolphins swimming the Folly River! The condo is just steps from the complex swimming pool, tennis courts, and marina. The property sits on the Folly River and is less than a 15 minute walk to the Folly Beach pier and restaurants!

Rob is a very responsive host. Beds are beyond comfortable. Kitchen has what appeared to be new cookware in every size and for every purpose. Easy access to pool. Easy trip to Charleston, all types of shopping, and Folly Beach center. Watching the river and marina activity from porch of condo was nice.

We celebrated my mom’s birthday here and had a wonderful experience. Robbie and Lindsey were excellent with communication leading up to check-in, which made everything smooth and stress-free.One thing to note: the sign for the complex is easy to miss, so keep an eye out just before reaching the Folly Beach Bridge.The house itself was comfortable, well-appointed, and exactly as described. One of the highlights was spotting dolphins right off the back porch one morning—such an unforgettable moment! The views were absolutely stunning.Folly Beach was quite busy during spring break, so I’d recommend making dinner reservations in advance. Also, be prepared to pay for parking if you’re not up for the roughly 15-minute walk to restaurants and shops.We also took a short drive into Charleston to explore downtown, which was a great addition to the trip.Overall, it was a fantastic vacation—we highly recommend staying here!

Everything was just as described. Check in was easy, as was communicating with host. Unit is lovely, and well stocked. Nice view from back sunroom. People were friendly and it was quiet. It's an easy walk to Folly Beach. Short drive to downtown Charleston and out lying areas. We enjoyed our breakfast at Lost Dog Cafe on Folly Beach. We would most certainly stay here again.

The roomy condo accommodated our needs and then some. There was everything one could need, and then some, to prepare and cook food. Rob was great with attending to a maintenance issue and rueful for the imposition; while a slight inconvenience, it did not affect our holiday. The view could not be improved upon as the sun rose on the left and set on the right--beautiful and reminding of the glory of the Lord.

We love this property - we just finished our 4th stay! The location is perfect. Close to the beach, but away from the noise. Great pool and tennis courts that my teenagers loved! The condo is right on the Folly River- you can see the water while you're cooking and sit and watch it fromthe porch.

Surf camp and Folly & Charleston exploring

Excellent home base for our group of 3 adults and 3 kids! Perfect for my morning walk to Folly Beach for sunrise each day while everyone slept in, convenient for kids going to/from Isla Surf camp each day 9a-1p. Did lots of afternoon trips - to Charleston, to Johns Island, James Island, Mt Pleasant. Great home base for us. Condo was clean, stocked exactly as stated, so we knew what to expect and what to pack & shop for on arrival. Beds comfortable, pool was great. Communication with owners was easy and clear. Would definitely stay here again! If you haven’t visited Folly before, just be aware of the weekend morning beach traffic on Folly Rd, so you know to expect it to take you longer to get to Mariners Cay those mornings during peak hours!

Amazing!

We had the best time at this property for our girls trip! The location made it an easy walk into downtown Folly and a quick drive to downtown Charleston! We saw dolphins every day and the unit was very clean and up to date. The pool was also an added bonus as we didn’t plan to be there much but ended up using it every day. I also left behind by headphones upon check out and Rob was quick to contact me about sending them back to me! 10/10 recommend staying here!

Perfect condo in a central location!

Our stay was fantastic. The area is safe, secluded, and quiet. The condo itself is well-furnished with a comfy couch and comfy beds. Bring your own shampoo and soap, though! It was a super quick walk into Folly Beach, which helped avoid the hassle of traffic and parking. Lots of fun restaurants and stores, and only a 7 min drive from the grocery store. The pool is clean and the grounds are beautiful. Loved having parking on the property and loved being able to do laundry! Would 100% stay here again!
