This is a duplex, each unit is completely private with their own driveway, yard and entrance.

This duplex was just completely renovated down to the studs with vacationers in mind! You'll be among the first to enjoy all new furnishings, modern design, new appliances, bathrooms and bedrooms. All mattresses are brand new top rated memory foam and hybrid mattresses. Gigabit WIFI and smart TVs with Netflix, Prime Video and YoutubeTV throughout the house.

The huge private backyard is an outdoor oasis with a pub with a TV and refrigerator, deck, pickleball court, basketball hoop and firepit. The yard is completely fenced in.

Enjoy open concept living, dining, and kitchen area + a bonus living room. The kitchen features durable quartz counters, a built-in dishwasher and is stocked with utensils, pots, pans, serving ware and coffee. The living room has a large sectional and 65 inch smart TV, perfect for a movie night.
