Breakfast apparently not served on certain days. We could find nothing about this on their website. Ask staff about this and were told it was Thanksgiving. I said there was nothing on their website about this and got no response. Of course, we paid for this service and never got it -- I guess this is just another corporate money grab. Limited housekeeping. Nothing we could find on their website about this. Inquired about this and were told it was Thanksgiving. Of course, we paid for the service – I guess this is just another corporate money grab. The free coffee available all day, however when we went to use it, it was old and cold. Hmmmm, I guess their saving money there. The night before we departed, we brought the coffee issue the staff's attention and said that we would be leaving the early the next morning before breakfast and we ask if we could get hot coffee. We were assured we could. Next morning no hot coffee and we ask the staff and were told it would be a made in a half hour we the breakfast staff arrived. I guess it’s not in his job description. Room looked clean except for some hair in the bathroom. Also found and glue on finger nail no the floor near the bed. Pretty gross.

The room was big and provided comfort during a rainy weekend while visiting from Boston. The staff were very friendly and accommodating. The location was perfect and walkable for shopping and dining. The water pressure in the shower was great however the sink’s water pressure was very low and should be improved.

These guys are awesome. I booked the hotel and put in the wrong dates. They fixed it and didn’t even blink an eye. The room is always clean and ready. It’s my go to hotel in Summerville SC
