Easy check in and friendly service by Nicholas however as soon as we got in the room, we noticed poorly made beds that barely covered the mattresses so when we pulled the covers fitted sheets came off and there were bunch of hair on the exposed mattresses. There was no mattress protection. Flat pillows had cases on them that didn’t even completely cover the pillows making the beds look cheap. Pillows had seen better days and bed comfort was zero. Bathroom floors were barely mopped and very limited towels and amenities. But the worst thing was when we spotted a small cockroach on the wall. We went back downstairs after contacting Expedia and Nicholas apologized sincerely and gave us another room. Also offered complimentary drinks. I would have forgotten about the whole unpleasant experience but just noticed that my card account shows two pending incidental charges. $20 each. I hope the property fixes this error and also treats the property with pest control as well as updating bedding.
