I had to check in from an outside window. Cussing people sitting on the stairs nearby so no wonder she was locked inside. I had already submitted my DL and CC online from a restaurant stop, to speed up check in so all I needed was to get a key. She had me do the same thing at the window. McDonald’s drive through right outside my door, so noisy all night.

We had a late check-in around 10pm. The lobby was closed but the had a window for check-in. Although i understand the safety aspect im not digging having to stand outside in the cold during that process. Room was nice and comfortable but whoever had the bright idea to put the mattress on a sheet metal base that crinkled and popped every time you rolled over obviously didn’t sleep on it for a night.
