Single family home, entire house, close to the West Ashley Greenway and Bikeway. Great location, easy to get to Downtown Charleston or anywhere in Charleston metro area within 20-30 min. Close to the beaches and the airport, as well as the various medical facilities throughout the area. There is a washer and dryer in unit for your use, and blackout curtains in the bedrooms. The house is equipped with essentials and there is a large screen TV in the living room and in both bedrooms.

We enjoyed our stay at this little red cottage. Well stocked kitchen. Home very clean. Quiet neighborhood. Would suggest replacing the pillows. We would definitely stay there again!

The low communication rating isn't necessarily against the property owner, but may be more of an Expedia issue. Whenever the property owner tried to message me, the notifications were inaccessible. I had to call customer support to obtain check in details and was unable to obtain check out instructions; therefore, I hope everything was acceptable upon our departure. The property itself was very cute, cozy, and close to downtown and a walking trail. My family and I enjoyed our stay.

Great place to stay while in Charleston

Seth was a great host. We spoke on the phone and he made a few suggestions for meals. We ate at two of the places and glad he recommended them. The house is in a quiet neighborhood. Clean and stocked for our needs. My wife was happy there was an actual hot water machine. She is an avid tea drinker. The fenced in yard was perfect for our 33lb dog.The location of the house allowed us to go to Folly Beach, a vineyard, a plantation, plus choose from many delicious restaurants. We would stay here again

Place to land after surgery

Seths home worked out perfect for a place to land after my son’s surgery recovery period. Home was clean and comfortable. Waking path close by and an easy drive to do all the Charleston things. Great location !

Great house and yard! Perfect for dogs!

Loved everything about this place. The fenced in yard was amazing for my dogs. There is a bike trail a block away for the dogs as well. Very clean and updated. There is no table for eating but there is a little bar with two seats and we ate out the whole time. Easy to get to the beaches and downtown.

New Years '25

Perfect dog friendly small home for the two of us. Host communicated check in details after prompting VRBO but otherwise was very responsive. House was exceptionally clean and organized and recently remodeled. The kitchen, bath and washroom were all like new! The bedrooms and den were also but could use more lighting. Great location for accessing downtown and convenient to stores and a walking trail. The neighborhood is in area in transition. We would definitely stay here again.

Perfect Stay!

Very nicely updated and appointed 2 bedroom, 1 bath home with lovely fenced yard for your dog to run and play. Excellent location in a quiet neighborhood, convenient to everything in Charleston.
