this property is better than listed and shown. outstanding communication. Easy to get the extra parking space, all you have to do is ask. Couldn't be in a better location to be able to walk to everything in old town. Kitchen well stocked. Elevator was a plus for moving 3 couples of belongings upstairs. We walked up the stairs the rest of the time. Would stay again. Only downside was 2 king beds and 1 queen (we had to draw straws for who was going to be stuck with the smaller bed). Every restaurant that is highly rated is withing short walking distance. Nice walk-in showers and no tubs you have to step into. Easy to leave and visit plantations then return to an assigned parking spot. This is a perfect spot for 6 people.

We had a wonderful time during our visit to Charleston and very much enjoyed staying in this condo. This is an exceptional condo located in a prime area—just steps away from many attractions, a full grocery store, and restaurants. The unit had three large bedrooms and three bathrooms, along with an open-concept kitchen and living space. The kitchen came fully equipped with top of the line appliances. Andrea, the property manager, was highly responsive and very accommodating, she was a pleasure to communicate with. We would most definitely return to the "Steeple Suite"

Location Location Location. On East Bay very close to restaurants, shopping the city market and King Street. The Battery is only blocks away. The house is beautifully decorated, comfortable and well appointed. This is a fantastic property. We will rent again. Thank you so much!

I don’t usually take the time to write reviews, but this place was amazing! It was spacious enough for 3 couples. The bedrooms, living space, and kitchen were huge. You cannot beat the location, being able to walk to the downtown area in minutes. We will definitely stay here again!

3 fun Days in Charleston

This was a fabulous property. 3 couples--childhood friends who hadn't seen each other for over 25 years! The unit is everything they say. Totally updated, beautiful bedrooms - two with their own bathrooms, 1 uses the had bathroom. Updated appliances, nice seating area for great conversations. AND oh, by the way, perfect location for getting right into the action in Charleston. So we would say - you can't go wrong picking this unit for your next trip.

Girls getaway

5 lifelong friends met in Charleston and stayed at this amazing property. Property was very spacious and clean. Location is excellent. So many things to discover within walking distance. Accommodations had everything we needed for the trip. Andrea our host was extremely responsive and replied immediately to any questions. CofC move in day!

We stayed at this property to move our daughter into CofC. The college was within walking distance and the space we had in the property made it so easy to organize and be comfortable during our stay. We are excited to book this property again for our future stays in Charleston.

Beautiful Property, Great Location

The place was so nice, with lots of space, beautiful kitchen, and separate living spaces so everyone could enjoy our time in the home during down time. It is literally steps to the market and the carriage tour company, which made our short trip still easy to access and enjoy all the city had to offer. Would love to stay even longer next time to take advantage of the updated kitchen, big tub in the master bath, and washer/dryer as amenities!

Great location with lots of space

It was my first time doing a VRBO so wasn’t sure what to expect but the house was perfectly located as everyone has said. It was clean, well maintained, and in good order. The long list of things we were required to do with penalties for noncompliance was a little daunting, but maybe that is standard in this kind of home. I would definitely recommend it.

Best Place Downtown

Bright, clean, HUGE. The location is perfect - we didn't even rent a car. And a private elevator, adding that extra posh touch. It's a little more than some nearby properties, but don't you need to pamper yourself?
