A bit pricey

The cottage is walking distance to many restaurants, shops and beach. Compared to other places I’ve stayed this one is a bit pricey for what you receive.

Wonderful stay, nice cozy room .. love that they served breakfast .. felt like staying at home away from home. Only complaints are TV was hard to use and having issues watching anything, and could use blind on window in door facing bed. Glad to have stayed. Joyce the housekeeper was so sweet

The property was in the best location for my needs. I just wish check-in was earlier than 3pm. I have a 4 hr drive so like to leave my house relatively early. Check out is 11am. You would think the room could be ready sooner than it is.

My husband and I stayed 2 nights here and had a wonderful stay! Free on street parking and the location is within a half mile walk to the beach and many restaurants and shops. Breakfast was great, the managers Joyce and Kat were friendly and knowledgeable. Bikes available for use and we rode 2 miles to the county park at the end of the island. We can't wait to return!

This was out 3rd stay here, we really love it. It's a beachy cottage with fun, quirky features. They are attentive and take care of you. Mrs. Joyce is amazing.

Staff was kind breakfasts was decent. The roon was clean but had no curtain with the blinds and the patio arrangement orientation towards the door uncovered was awkward.

Good enough!

We had the smallest room, Brass Lady, which was fine since we really just needed a bedroom. It had a nice private porch and decent bathroom. The communal kitchen area was very nice and the hostess, Joyce, was a real treasure. We enjoyed her hospitality and conversation. Walk to the beach was easy and walk to pier for sunset was easier. We would stay here again.
