We enjoyed the cleanliness of the room. Hotel staff were friendly and helpful. The breakfast needs more of a variety of food choices. I would definitely recommend this hotel to friends and family.

Unacceptable Conditions

Doubletree on Northwoods Blvd., N. Charleston, SC. My first room the heating and air unit located in the bedroom was very noisy. The room that I was relocated to had 2 leaks by the window and the carpet was drenched; could not walk on that side of the bed. I reported it to the staff and supposedly it was reported to the General Manager but I have yet to receive a call back from them.

Beautiful hotel close to the airport if you need to catch an early flight. Clean and beds are super comfortable. There is a discount mall near by but pretty far from beautiful Charleston.
