The room wasn't clean, and the staff wasn't friendly or helpful. Always seemed like you were bothering them. The A/C in our room wasn't working, and we asked to have it looked at, but no one ever did. We asked to be moved, but they claimed they couldn't. We didn't get the room we booked. They charged $15 per day to park, which was not included in the fees when booking. The pool was nasty. There were people smoking pot out back, close to the pool and I saw a front desk employee smoking it with them.

My wife and Istayed one night, the accommodations were fine, in need of some outside maintenance, but the room itself was quite nice and the bed very comfortable. Would stay there again.

We were not happy that the room was on the first floor next to the laundry machine and the storage area where we could hear lots of noise late at night. There was also a dead crab on the floor when we arrived and the customer service was not great

I liked it the only thing I didn’t like was the mildew smell and the mold infestation.. mold in the air vents mold in the AC MOLD ALL OVER THE BATHROOM CEILING. painted over mold on the walls and the mold SMELL in the room besides that it’s not a bad hotel. All I can say is you can do better.. the bed might be clean but that room WAS NOT CLEAN. I could swipe and see the dust on my fingers in multiple areas of the room. It was a decent stay but when we come back to Charleston we probly won’t come back to this place.
