This home is beautiful! It was true to the listing (some vrbos can be deceiving but not this one)! Highly recommend. It was so great to have beach chairs and a little cooler for our beach day! Josie was a great host and communication was excellent. We came down with some friends and we all said we would definitely stay here again and it is saved on our vrbo trip board! Thank you for a great place to stay!

Location was great, easy drive to beach and easier to reach old towne and downtown Charleston. Comfortable setup with wonderful porch/balcony for visiting and relaxing. Host was very friendly and responsive to questions. It's a second floor walk up, but the gate across the stairwell was very sturdy - we would feel totally comfortable with this setup with our toddler grandson if we had brought him.My only suggestion would be written instructions for checkout procedure and appliance operation (for us dinosaurs.) The VRBO app was having issues when we left and it took a while to track down the checkout list.

The perfect location for a girls getaway. The property is well maintained, clean and inviting. It’s a quick 15 minute Uber to downtown and there is a restaurant 2 minutes by foot from the home. We sat on the balcony every night and enjoyed the beautiful weather. Josie was a wonderful host and when we reached out with a couple questions, responses were timely. A must stay if you are looking for a beautiful home close to the city.

We were in Charleston for a wedding and this place was perfect for us. It was clean, cute, perfect amount of space, and had great food within walking distance. Definitely recommend Home Team BBQ right down the street. It’s also about a 15 min drive to downtown Charleston and 20 to the beach.

Host was very nice and communicated well about everything. Everything is on the upper level. Bedrooms were comfortable, and both bathrooms were nice to have with showers and one bathtub. Clean linens and towels are provided. patio is nice to relax outside of living room. Location is about 15 minutes drive to the city market and French quarter, and the neighborhood is fairly quiet. We enjoyed staying here.

We had a wonderful stay! The accommodations were exactly as described—beautiful, clean, and perfectly comfortable for the four of us in town for a wedding. The balcony was a lovely spot to relax, enjoy the breeze, and listen to the birds. We also loved having a great coffee shop and a delicious BBQ spot just a short walk away. Josie and Warrick were incredible hosts—responsive, welcoming, and thoughtful. We enjoyed it so much that we’re already planning to re-book for our next trip in April for another wedding. Our stay was great. The house is very clean and updated. The owners are on the property in a separate house. They were very responsive to questions we had. Close to everything. The BBQ restaurant (Home Team) was awesome and in walking distance of the house. There were a couple of things I wanted to mention, there is a long set of stairs to get to the main house and the living room needs curtains for privacy and light coming in. Overall, great stay and we would stay here again.

Excellent Place!

Very clean, spacious and accommodating. We had 4 adults, a 10 year old and a 2 year old and we were all very comfortable. The included pack and play and toys were a huge hit with our 2 year old. Lovely hosts and great location

This was perfect for our family of 3. Very clean which is important for families with young kids who like to touch everything! The location is a short drive to downtown and the beach. Hosts were wonderful! We didn't bring enough pull ups for my kid and luckily Josie had extras!
