** Please note the home is divided into 3 completely separate Suites A / B / C each with a private entrance and dedicated outdoor space **

• Parking: Parking for 2 vehicles is provided in our private driveway.



The Neighborhood:

This home is in the most vibrant and walkable area in Charleston. It is 2 blocks from King Street, where the city's most famous restaurants are just a step away. Nightlife begins literally around the corner. Convenient to all tourist attractions. The home is in an extremely safe area.

This was the perfect spot for us in Charleston! Very comfortable living spaces for two couples. The beds were super comfy, which is always a plus. Walkable or short drive to everything we wanted to see. Loved our morning walks to Bad Bunnies for coffee and croissants. We even scored a table at the delicious Chubby Fish, right up the street! Elegant , spacious and relaxing accommodations!

I would highly recommend this property to others,especially adults and families with children around the school age. For safety reasons,I would be concerned for seniors who have difficulty on stairs and younger children who could fall. The rooms were well appointed and very clean. It was a great experience overall! Great property, great location, great hosts

We loved staying here while visiting with friends and family in Charleston. The property is fully renovated, while retaining its historical architectural charm, with modern, well-equipped kitchen and bathrooms, and tasteful and functional furnishings throughout. Upstairs bedroom suite in particular is delightful. Outdoor courtyard is well-furnished and inviting, and off-street parking for 2 cars is a great feature in this location. We walked everywhere during our stay. Hosts Tom and Hannah were wonderful - very accommodating and responsive to our needs.

Holiday Family getaway

The unit is as pretty in person as it is in pictures. Very clean and had everything you needed to start your stay. Sitting area outside is adorable but we were unable to use it due to weather but we would have utilized it a lot if the weather was better. Beds are comfortable. The unit actually feels a lot bigger than it is due to the layout. Would definitely rent again,
