No steps necessary to enter the place. Parking for 2 vehicles (tandem).


Neighborhood : Stono Park is an older and convenient but quiet neighborhood comprised of single family homes,duplexes, and townhomes . The neighborhood is located within 5 miles of historic downtown Charleston and 11 miles from the airport.There is a nice and kid friendly park 3 houses away . The West Ashley greenway, which is a 11 mile jogging,cycling, and walking trail, is located 1 block behind the property.

Amazing rental- Clean, well-stocked and just beautifully decorated. We rented to attend the College of Charleston graduation, and it was an easy ride into Charleston. On a quiet street with such easy access to the city and the beach. Clearly the owner cares about your stay as the home is so well done and cared for. Highly recommend

Reading the listing information, viewing the pictures and reading the reviews of this property before booking set a high expectation for us. Enjoying this property for nearly a week confirmed all of our hopes. Our great experience made us sad to leave and optimistic about another visit to the Charleston area. We would definitely return to this attractive and comfortable property. The area is quiet and convenient to good restaurants, historical sites such as plantations, and downtown Charleston.

What a great house! Two primary suites make this a perfect house for a friend group or couples traveling together. Would work great for families too. I loved the layout of the house, and I appreciated the well-equipped and organized kitchen. And the SHOWER!!! (Bathroom toward the rear of the house.) Best shower ever! This house is super clean and comfortable. I appreciated the rockers on the front porch and the dining area and lounge chairs on the back patio. I'd stay here again, for sure!

We had a question about something our day of arrival and we received a quick response. That was our only contact with the hosts but they were very nice. The place was very clean and well set up. We didn’t find anything we needed that wasn’t available. The place was very quiet and comfortable. We heard a small dog running around for about a total of 2 minutes in 4 days and it never barked so all that was good.

Fantastic, kind hosts. They were incredibly helpful. The home was immaculate with so many warm touches of southern charm. They looked out for us when temps were below freezing and ensured utilities continued to function. I was having a minor surgical procedure and the home was in close proximity to my doctor in historical Charleston. The 2BR/2Ba layout provides excellent privacy and space for two couples. The kitchen was well stocked, enjoyed our morning Keurigs, and location was convenient to grocery stores. We ate in every day for 8 days. The perfect home away from home. Lovely all around!

The host was very communicative. Check-in was easy. The apartment was well appointed with a couple of laundry pods, dishwasher pods and keurig pods, nice linens, comfy furniture and holiday cheer. Its a short, easy drive to downtown. Door Dash restaurants are nearby after a busy day sightseeing.

The host provided excellent communication throughout the process. The property was clean and exactly as the pictures depicted. Self check-in was simple. There were many small touches we appreciated - extra blankets, plenty of towels, creamer for the coffee as well as a nice selection of coffee and tea, free WiFi and plenty of options on TV with Netflix, YouTubeTV, Prime, etc. and umbrellas for our use - which we really appreciated with the heavy rains! The house was also decorated with holiday themed items, including bedding and dining room decor. Overall, just very homey and well maintained.
