The staff was extremely friendly. Everyone we saw greeted us with a smile.
Our room could've been cleaner. My comforter had remnants of a glitter glue on it. There was old blood on one of my pillows. The bathroom door didn't completely close and the water in the shower was always cold. When I called the front desk about the cold shower, I was told that the water was cold due to the number of people showering at 10:30 pm. When my daughter and I tried showering in the morning, the water was still cold even when we moved the temperature to the hottest setting. Ibcalled the desk again and was told the same thing. No one offered to send anyone to check on it or change our room. We were only there for a few days, so I didn't mind keeping my room as long as someone fixed the water temp. I was told no one was there at the time to deal with it.
When no one showed, we tried the middle of the afternoon and the water temperature remained the same.
I think if someone would've shown more concern about our cold showers, I would've rated higher.
