We enjoyed our stay! the location was excellent! walking distance to King St. The place was perfect for 4 of us. Each couple had their own bathroom. the only issue we had at first was the parking pass was not there when we arrived but they got it down to us a few hours later. We had already gone exploring so it was no big issue. Everything was clean and well maintained. Would stay there again. The pictures look the exact same as the inside.

Washington loves Charleston
We loved Charleston and the location of this unit was perfect! It’s in walking distance of King Street and everything we wanted to do. The neighborhood is great and quiet. The only thing to be aware of is there is an apartment above you and this is an older building so we heard the creaky floors when those guests came home, moved chairs around and partied. The property asks you take off shoes because it is very noisy for the people below but our neighbors ignored that request unfortunately.

Awesome rental and great location!
Our stay was great. Only minor issue was finding the parking lot. Text messages kept saying the lot was located at 97 Spring but you cannot see the parking lot from the road. We had to walk into Duvet to get clarity. All in all not a big deal. We would stay here again.
Host very responsive and communicative! Extra clean, nice, modern property! Easy access to restaurants!

Perfect for our couples trip
This property was a perfect location for our couples trip. We liked having 2 bathrooms and a comfortable hang out area. We had an issue with one of the mini split A/C units and they had an HVAC company out the same day to fix it. Communication was great. We also appreciated having a dedicated parking spot a short distance away. We would definitely stay here again.

Would book this property again
Cleanliness is the top of my priority list when booking stays and this unit gets an A+. The floor plan is nice too. The living room area has good seating options. The kitchen is fully stocked and perfect size for cooking a meal or prepping lunches/snacks. The host is obviously dedicated to exceeding expectations on this listing as evidenced in the prompt and kind correspondence.
Additional notes of interest for potential renters are location and parking situation. I recommend research on downtown Charleston parking options to see if this fits your needs. This property allows for one parking space nearby. Additional long term parking is approximately a ten minute walk and daily pricing will add to your total budget if more parking is required.
As for location, the stroll to awesome King St is easy and we felt safe, but that little trek isn’t really a scenic view. It worked for us however, and the convenient location to the areas we wanted to explore made for a good choice.

Lovely, but bring ear plugs
Condo appeared exactly as pictured, beautiful and comfortable with all amenities, including full kitchen with laundry. StayDuvet, property manager, Carly was amazing. She took care of any issues immediately.
Unsure if it was Vrbo or StayDuvet, but we did not receive confirmation/parking passes prior to our stay. Therefore, we did not have the correct phone number for the concierge and could not get through to customer service upon arrival to receive the code to get into the unit.
Re: ear plugs, there was a family above us with a 2 year old and we could hear running, every movement from the family and temper tantrums through the thin walls/ceiling. We could also hear from room to room.
That would be a question to ask if booking.
