My room on the first floor was across from the elevator and the noise of guests coming in and out of the elevator was loud and almost unbearable. I could hear their conversations clearly in my room. Also, someone staying upstair above us showered so early in the morning and I could hear loud water running which woke me up as well. I hardly slept that night that I had to request for another room upstair for my second night. Upon talking to a front desk receptionist, I was told that there were three celebrations going on that night, a reunion, wedding, and a birthday party.

BAD BEDS!!

It is a nice hotel and it is family owned and we really like that. It could use a refresh. The hotel itself is fine. The beds are absolutely horrible. They are just old and worn out a new set of mattresses through the hotel would really help.

The property was very clean and well maintained for the most part. One of the two elevators was not in service which was a small inconvenience. The staff was very friendy and professional. I would definitely stay at this location again!
