This condo was very comfortable. There is a nice walk-in shower and there is a higher toilet in the bath. Plenty of room in the bedroom - the bed was a little soft for us and I do like a soft bed. The kitchen is small and utensils were not extensive. (We do cook). The TV is the living room was not working correctly with their streaming service and the front desk did know about it but they said there was nothing they could do about it. When we wanted to watch TV we had to go to the bedroom where there was cable TV. We enjoyed the deck where we could watch the boats and harbor activities. The only problem I had was with the check in. We were sent a code to get in the doors a week earlier but luckily we got there before 5 since the code had changed. It was in my email but we had been driving all day and I hadn't looked. They also would not let my husband do the check-in even though I gave him all of the paperwork for the reservation. They wanted my ID - yet if it was after 5 when we would have arrived it would our key would have been on the counter. After riding for 8 hours, I wasn't moving well especially with steps to navigate. The complex does need more handicap parking.

We had a great stay. Close to shops & restaurants. Wonderful view & so fun to watch boat go by. Nice outdoor deck and condo was clean, comfortable & updated. We loved our visit.

Charlevoix Get Away

This property is in a great location. Beautiful view of the water and very short walking distance to downtown. The quality of the remodeling job was high quality and tastefully done. The only drawback is these unit do not have a washer and dryer in the unit. I highly recommend this property.
