The upper level has 2 bedrooms and 1 full bath, a well equipped kitchen, dining area, and cozy living room with a spectacular view. The lower level features a spacious walkout with a family room, a full bath and bedroom.
The home is situated in a quiet neighborhood, a short walk to Mt. McSauba Beach and sand dunes. Downtown Charlevoix is an easy distance and offers shopping, restaurants, bars, entertainment, marina and splash pad.
