Our beautifully decorated 2 bedroom unit features a bedroom with a king bed, a loft bedroom with a king size bed, a queen size sofa-bed in the living room, 2 full bathrooms. Host additional guests on the queen size sleeper sofa in the living room.
The open concept living space, entails a full size kitchen, with a dishwasher, and a microwave. Don't forget to enjoy the balcony as the boats sail in and out of Round Lake.

The Edgewater Inn is located on north shore of Round Lake harbor and the Pine River channel with prime drawbridge views. Just a short walk to Charlevoix’s finest dining, beaches, shopping and galleries, the Edgewater Inn is an ideal location for a short getaway, extended vacation, or wedding celebration. One-bedroom/one-bath and two-bedroom/two-bath units offer all the amenities needed for a comfortable home-away-from-home stay.

The location was excellent and the unit was very clean. It had everything we needed for an enjoyable stay. I appreciated the daily housekeeping services. There was someone available at the front desk daily to answer questions until 10 pm. We were able to watch the boat and ferry traffic go through the drawbridge everyday from the balcony, which I really enjoyed! It was an easy walk to the pier to watch the sunsets every evening and to restaurants and shops as well.

Perfect Stay

This condo is incredibly clean and located in the heart of Charlevoix. Just sit on the deck and watch the draw bridge go up and down as the boats pass by. It has great amenities, a tv in each room, plenty of towels, and easy parking. Such an easy walk to drinking, dining, shopping and the beach. Will definitely be coming back!

Enjoying pure Michigan.

Great location but an old condo. Bath rooms need an update. Need another chair in living room. Air does not work in the downstairs bedroom. Maintenance was not able to fix it so they gave us a nice fan.

The condo was very clean, updated and comfortable. The location was great except for the road noise from the bridge which went on all night long. The view from the balcony was lovely and we enjoyed our stay.

Great property but noisy

Condo next to drawbridge which was fun watching big boats come and go but very loud all night whenever vehicles drove over bridge. Other wise beautiful condo very comfortable.
