This is a perfect one bedroom flex office/two bedroom multi level apartment with soaring ceilings. The main floor is equipped with a kitchen, and open living room. The first floor has an office, with a sofa bed, separate washer/dryer, a king bed with a huge walk in closet. The bathroom is spacious with a large shower. The third floor is a private 220 sq ft roof top, with views of Uptown Charlotte. We are located in the Dilworth neighborhood but enjoy all of the convenience of South End.
