Room key was not working, so we were told we would need to be let in and out with the metal key everytime. We would be given a key when it was fixed. The next morning the guest attendant told me she had to let another couple in and out previously, so it was obviously broke for a while. Room was not as clean as i would like. Marks on the walls, bath room wall had a brown mark under toilet paper holder. The elevator was gross, needed to be wiped down and the floor swept. Stair wells were also in need of a cleaning. Overall we made due for our 1 night stay, but hotel needs a facelift and a good scrub.

The property was poorly maintained, with several areas needing attention. Throughout our stay, we were not provided with a key to enter our room, which was a significant inconvenience. We had to rely on staff to open our room every time we left the hotel, and this made us feel unsafe about leaving our belongings behind. I asked the staff if they could assist us in any way regarding this inconvenience, but unfortunately, we received no help.

Be sure to bring your own pillow if you decide to stay here! Horrible excuse for pillows.Disappointed that they haven’t kept this hotel in better condition over the years.

Great stay and clean property. Overall I enjoyed my stay. However, the only complaint I would have is that my room microwave and refrigerator did not work. But outside of that, my room was clean, no odors and I enjoyed my stay overall for the value. Would stay here again.

Stay was good. Room was nice and big but seemed the layout wasn't functional - long entrance hallway where you could have put a desk or small kitchenette. No mirrors or garbage cans in bedroom. Doors were squeaky. Front door did not open all the way. We had neighbors blast music and were drinking beer at 8:00am but was taken care of. One of the TV remotes wasn't working so had to use 2 remotes on each one. Beds were not too comfortable. Breakfast was ok but same every day; for the price though, not too bad.

My experience

The stay was really good. Staff was so nice and helpful. The only thing I didn't like was that the pool was not open, which was one of the main reasons I wanted to book a stay. I was not aware until, I arrived. Other than that my room was nice and bed was very comfortable.

Poor customer service

What made the stay bad is that the TV didn’t work and while Brian from the night shift went above and beyond and was able to get the channels to work however the volume wouldn’t work! Upon leaving I. The morning I asked the cleaning lady to give us caffeine filled coffee which she never did! The room was never cleaned and I asked the apparent owner/manager to get the volume working while I was out all day that was never done!!! Brian once again saved the day and got it working but it was disappointing that the Manager didn’t do as requested!

Shower head was broken, no water came out of cold water spicket in bathroom so you only had hot, broken tiles around property, carpet in hallways worn to the concrete, etc. stayed here a year ago and it was great, this property is in shambles and being poorly maintained.
