The staff that greeted us could not have been more inviting. The rooms were clean and comfortable. Shared spaces were well thought out and inviting. The hotel is older, but well kept, clean, comfortable and exactly what we were looking for at our price point. There were people hanging out in the bar area, fire pit area and lobby. The room was clean. The staff was very friendly and helpful to accommodate my needs. Yes, it was a mall about half a mile away…great shopping. The balcony had a great view for me. No traffic, quiet with a nice breeze in the evening. The balcony was small but it worked for what I needed to do.
