This unique 3 story home has a sprawling and spacious layout. The townhouse style living offers huge open concept main living areas, a cozy and comfortable space with an electric fireplace, and a spacious balcony. This beautiful properties as 4 bedroom and 3 1/2 bathroom.
The space
Enter the front door to the ground floor entry hallway. This first floor ground level includes a beautiful guest bedroom with electric fireplace and a guest full bathroom, connected to the bedroom as well as the hallway. Up the full flight of stairs is the main living level on the second floor with a open concept. The main living area has a full dining table, kitchen, and living area with a 75" inch smart TV. Enjoy access to the spacious outdoor balcony that extends from the kitchen, on the back of the home. Up the second full flight of stairs to the third floor you will find the second guest bedroom with a closet and a full bath and office space. At the opposite end of the third floor hallway is the master bedroom with master bathroom en suite. Within the hallway there is a double door laundry closet with access to full washer and dryer.
