not so good stay
This hotel is ready for some upgrades, we have stayed at Fairfield before, and they have been a lot nicer. Breakfast was always out every morning I would go down for breakfast a couple of times each day and would be out of something. It was a bit noisy (kid's graduations) had to haul all our luggage up to room (no buggies anywhere) I checked every day to see if they were just in use when we arrived. Not a great stay we checked out early and went home a day early. with that being said we stayed at the Little Rock on the way home WHAT A FABULOUS HOTEL. Charlotte Matthews needs lots of work on staff and property.

The hotel is in an "okay" area. Once we arrived to the hotel and checked into our room we quickly found that it was not as clean as expected. We found long black hairs inside of our pillow cases. We chose to ask the front desk for two new pillows in which one staff member responded with attitude and was hesitant to replace the pillows before I explained that they were dirty. We were then only given one pillow as they "did not have any more". To add to the confusions the sheets on the bed had a Best Western tag although we stayed at the Fairfield Inn by Marriott. Additionally, the fridge in our room would not turn on. They sent maintenance out to the room and before eventually replacing the fridge as a whole, the maintenance staff argued with us that the fridge was working, when it in fact was not. To top it off, you can hear every noise through every wall. I would not come back here and would not recommend this property to others.

Once is enough!
Large room without clock or night light-had to leave a light on to find way to bathroom at night-very annoying. Shower curtain to short to fit in tub so water ran all over floor. Breakfast was horrible-small waffle maker only cooked waffles on one side,coffee kept running out so had to wait quite a while to get some, as others were ahead of us, omelets had nothing inside them but a pinch of cheese and the sausage patties were tasteless and like rubber bands. Absolutely the worst breakfast I’ve ever had at any hotel-disgraceful

The sofa bed was very uncomfortable- thin, squeaked, bar of the frame pushed up into the mattress. There was no blanket for the sofa bed and none available. When I called to get one they said come down and get it - and I did but none available. Location and staff though very nice.
