Below expectations.

The hotel was under my expectations for the price. It was crowded and one of the two elvators was not working. Had to use stairs. Bath towels were clean but one stained. Breakfast ok but had to wait for coffee. Front desk responsive but desinterested. Missing that smile to customers.

Accommodated Our Needs

Needed rest stop for extended travel. Grateful Hampton Inn conveniently off Rt 85. Nice, our 2 small dogs were welcome for reasonable 50.00 fee. Very clean & comfortable bed. No closet to hang clothes. Room dingy & outdated but cleanliness made up for it. The Staff were committed to Customer Service. Breakfast was nice; adequate selections. Burger King right next door for fast food. This property was not a disappointment.
