The Good: The Room was in very nice clean condition and for the most part the Staff were very nice. The Bad: One Elevator was out of order. The elevator that was working was dirty. There was food on the elevator floor and hand prints all over the sliding door and the control panel. The floor from the lobby to the elevator was as dirty from my arrival until I left the next day. The Breakfast was not as advertised unless you like biscuits and gravy with only eggs and potatoes! No meat. The Worst: I asked for a quiet room and was put on the fourth floor which I first thought was great. What I didn't anticipate was the extreme traffic noise from being on the fourth floor on the back side of the Hotel along Johnston Road (Highway 521). I should have asked to move to the front side, but I thougt it would die down as the night progressed. I was so wrong. Since there is also an intersection within a block or so, all you heard were racing car engines and loud mufflers everytime the light changed! I warn anyone staying at this location to book a room on the front side of the Hotel otherwise you will not get any sleep at all. I had high hopes, because I wanted that location, but I was disappointed and will write this one night stay off as a one and done!

The room is spacious and clean. Extra towels, incredible mattress, good WiFi and a thoughtful welcome package made the stay stress free. The breakfast was better than expected with premium yogurt and a good hot selection.

The fitness room was large enough with enough equipment/treadmill & elliptical machines for 2 or more - which is nice. I appreciated the hot breakfast items. Room itself was okay, great for the price, yet just overall okay.
