rug not clean, bathroom not fully cleaned, noise from the street was substantial- even to the point of being woken up at 3:30 Am by the trash truck for the dumpsters of the apartment building across the street, bizarrely narrow pick up horseshoe in front of the hotel means rideshares can't get to the front door, elevators require swipe cards, yet anyone can walk all the way up to any floor from the ground floor without a keycard, front desk people are only mildly helpful and in several cases didn't know what they were doing, breakfast was okay but not great, requested room cleaning didn't happen, and more!

Spacious and clean room, nice and helpful staff, and I really appreciated the free breakfast. My only complaint was that the bathroom didn't seem to have a lock on the door. I would definitely recommend this hotel to others though.

The location was ideal but the room was dirty upon entry. There was hair in the bathroom sink and on the sofa was what I assume was dorito crumbs. For $250 a night it was disappointing to see a dirty room.

The room was clean but curtains were half off runners and despite my mentioning it no one came to fix it. The staff everywhere was very fine but when we checked in the desk person did not do it properly so the boss negated our keys and we only found out when they did not work. The restaurant is cozy and clean but menu is very limited...though they do make that clear.

I don’t need cleaning or new towels everyday, but my bed being made everyday would have been nice. Also we had to wait for our car too long because there was only one valet working for a lot of customers checking out. Aside from these two issues, it was a good stay. The room was spacious and comfortable. Breakfast was good and the staff was attentive.
