It was convenient for a last minute booking. The property throughout has a strong smell of smoke. This didn't affect me at all but the pool is closed for the season. The staff was nice, checked in and out quickly.

Don’t think I’d stay here again

The room was updated. The bed was clean and comfortable, but the rest of the hotel is very dated. The carpets are sticky and dirty. The smells in the halls are terrible and the breakfast barely had anything to choose from.

When we arrived there was the strong smell of Marijuana in the hallway. The carpet and some of the facilities were not clean and dated. I encounted two roaches in my room. Other than these issues the stay was fine. The hotel was convenient to my travel plans.

Pool closed. No notice on website about it wouldn’t even let me sit in lounge chairs. Was staying 3 nights but after no one cleaned room after first night I left after 2nd. Kept killing bugs in bathroom. Also toilet never stopped running. People yelling in halls after 3 am. Service was terrible and front desk useless. Only good thing was close to airport

I called the hotel directly to see if they had a shuttle service. I was in need at the airport. The Front desk was not at all professional and he answer the phone with “yeah hold on”. . after about 12 minutes, he came back on the line. I told him. I needed a shuttle to be picked up. He said it was past the shuttle hours of operation. Nowhere on their website does it say they have certain hours for shuttling. He was very combative when I asked for a refund since I obviously wasn’t going there because I had no way and their shuttles weren’t running, his response was you’ll get your money back and he hung up on me.

Run from this place ! It was by far the worst place I've ever walked into . We walked in and walked out immediately . It should be condemned . The manager I spoke too did not care at all about any of my complaints all she said was that you would not get a refund . The place was extremely run down , the door didn't lock , the bed was broke , the room smelled very bad , there was red wig hair stuck on fridge and behind bed , the rugs were extremely soiled , we felt like our entire bodies were itching . We ran out of there so fast and couldn't believe that such a mast place exists . What's worse is mgm doesn't even care . She spoke to me so rude and ugly on the phone and said you will not get a refund from us and didn't even want to hear my complaints . Do yourself a favor and stay anywhere but here !!!
I wish I would have taken more pics but someone was following my 26 year old daughter very close and I was nervous so we just hurried out .

The woman at the front desk who checked me and was lovely and was handling a very long line. The hotel itself was horrible.I've never stayed in a hotel so dirty, in my whole life i will never return for a stay there

Staff effectively dealt with noise issue

The staff did an outstanding job of immediately and effectively dealing with ridiculous noise (loud music, yelling, etc) from a young couple staying near us. We made one complaint at about 11:00pm, the lady behind the front desk was at their room before I could even get back to my room, and we didn’t hear a peep from them the rest of the night into the morning. The hotel’s appearance is dated, but budget hotels - especially those near an airport - are what they are and - in all the ways that really matter - the staff made our stay great.

The property was nice and clean. The elevators and the front does not work. We had to walk all the way to the back to use the elevators. And if you're outside, you have to use your key to get back inside only at the front door but that doesn't work with the key, you have to wait to somebody come to the front door.

Nice but noisy

Frequented here many times due to the price and location. Overall clean, never personally seen any critters, but the bottom two floors are reserved for people with dogs and the walls aren't super thin when they're barking but you can hear them in the hallway. Spacious room compared to other hotels. One of the elevators seems to be broken every time I stay.
