The house was located on a quiet residential street in a very nice neighborhood. It was not far from restaurants and grocery store. It was very clean. Beds were comfortable. The host was great. The host responded quickly to all texts. The rules/information booklet could have contained more detail regarding the operation of the TV in the living room. Tech savvy folks may not have problems with this, but older quests may find the lack of operational instructions a big inconvenience. Lastly, instructions for handling laundry on checking out caused some confusion. Bottom line: Great place. Great host. Would definitely stay again.

Quiet Area with Great Ammenities

Home was very beautifully set up. Rooms were lovely.Enough seating for meals for 10 comfortably. Great backyard for the kiddos to run around and play whilel adults hang out under the covered patio. Super area for shopping. William was "Johnny on the Spot" if we needed anything. Check -in and out were seemless. Would stay again if back in the area.

Beautiful Home in a Wonderful Location

The house was gorgeous! It’s located in a safe neighborhood, and being we were a group of women and a baby in a city we are unfamiliar with, that is top priority! We had a minor issue with one of the showers not draining properly, but William was quick to respond and provided a solution within the hour of me reaching out to him! I would definitely recommend staying here, and if we find ourselves coming back to Charlotte in the future, we would love to book another stay at this wonderfully cozy home!!

Great house, great area

The house, location and other things are better than advertised. The house is great - bigger than expected with multiple rooms and bathrooms so guests have their own space when needed. Me and my friends had a great time and will be staying here if it’s available in the future!

Adorable and great location

Great area, older house that was completely updated and decorated adorably with five bedrooms - very functional as well. It was Winter so I didn't notice the gorgeous big backyard and sitting area until the last day, but would definitely return.
