Your Charlotte adventure begins at this newly renovated industrial style condo! Centrally located in uptown Charlotte- walkable to the Panthers Stadium, Knights Stadium, amphitheater, restaurants, coffee shops, & more!

The fully stocked kitchen has everything you'll need to cook while you stay & a grocery store (Harris Teeter) is within walking distance, just 6 blocks away. Whole Foods is also nearby, about 1 mile away.

The condo has a comfortable king size bed plus a queen blow up mattress, can sleep 4 total. A pack-n-play can be made available by request at no extra cost!

The unit comes with 1 designated parking spot. There are a few additional guest spots that are first come, first serve.

Linens, bath towels, paper towels and toilet paper provided. There is a stackable washer/dryer as well as an iron & ironing board. Bathroom has a blow dryer.

At checkout, dimply put all used towels in the bathtub, start the dishwasher if there are any dirty dishes, turn off all lights, and lock up!
