This hotel had good ratings which I found to be on target. The front desk and housekeeping staff was very polite and friendly. The interior was nice; you could tell it has been remodeled recently. I would return without hesitation.

Staff member was extremely helpful when I checked in. Made it a lot easier. I was glad they had a computer/printer as I needed that; using it was very easy. I noticed there was no soap in the bathroom near the breakfast area. Another member of my party said there hadn’t been soap in the other bathroom the previous night. For reasons of sanitation, I felt there should be soap in the bathroom.

This was one of the worst stays i’ve ever had in a Hotel . I came with my Grandson Tyler Jr to 12047 Guion Ln, Matthews, NC 28105 to stay so we could see my other grandson Kobi P and on the 2nd day of our stay Tyler Jr sneakers were stolen from our room while we were out. I reported the incident to the front desk who said the manager on Duty (Hazel Vasquez)would call me back, but it’s been a month & nobody from management ever called me back, before i left North carolina i filed a police report with local police department. I reported the incident to corporate with little to no expectation at this point. However they did give me a case number. I caution anyone who stays in this Hotel, keep your valuables on your person or your vehicle. I mean how do you steal a kid’s sneakers right before school…& then run a business & never respond the complaint or person that filed it ??i booked from 7/29-7/31 ….RLH jr

Don’t do it

Rented 2 rooms for a one night layover.. the lobby smelled like sewage that should have been clue 1. Then to the rooms.. the rooms smelled terrible I can’t even label it. The comforters were visibly stained and the “clean towels” were brown/yellowish. Floors clearly not mopped. We checked out 6 hours later and kept moving. Disgusting hotel , I didn’t have the time or energy to get a refund but I wish I had. This may not be the “hotels fault” but there was also a dope head acting squirrelly around the door when we checked in at 9pm. At 3am when we booked out if there, same dude was slumped over next to our door.
