Overall I would definitely stay here again. I had an issue with getting my room cleaned, but it was addressed and taken care of. I just think that when you check in that it should be explained that housekeeping don’t service your room unless you stay for more than 3 nights

When i arrived to check-in at 11pm the front desk person was very unprofessional and was wearing a bonnet on her head. She checked me on and gave me keys to a double room... but I reserved a double suite. So i had to come back down to the front desk with my 4 children. The hallways and room smelled very damp and the room was a bit stuffy. There was breakfast included with the stay, but they only had sausage and were out of it by the time we got downstairs the next morning. Upon checkout, I learned that the 2nd room (after the room switch) was not listed under my name. Therefore, if I hadn't waited to checkout with someone, I may not have received my deposit back that is required at check-in. I wouldn't stay there again.
