The check in was easy. The room was clean. The air conditioning unit didn’t work but the room was a good temperature so I didn’t bother complaining. The location was great for my needs.

DURING THE BRIEF RUDE DISRESPECTFUL CONVERSATION IT WAS SAID THAT I SHOULD KNOW WHAT THE CHECK IN TIMES AS STATED IN YOUR BOOKING. WELL I DID READ THAT AND I DID KNOW WHAT TIME CHECK IN TIME IS BUT MANY PLACES ALLOW YOU TO CHECK IN EARLY OR PAY A FEE TO DO SO. WELL I DIDN’T HAVE ANYWHERE TO JUST GO HANGOUT FOR 3 HOURS BEING MY CHILDREN AND I TRAVELED FOR OVER 3 HOURS TO GO TO A SHOW THAT EARLY PARKING STARTED BEFORE THEIR CHECK IN TIME. I ASKED IF THE AMENITIES SUCH AS THE POOL COULD BE UTILIZED LIKE MANY PLACES AND THE RESPONSE WAS NO YOU CAN USE THEM AFTER CHECK IN. DUE TO LIMITED SPACE FOR THIS REVIEW THIS IS JUST PART OF IT AND THE REST WILL BE SENT TO THE BBB CORPORATE AND ANYWHERE ELSE AVAILABLE TO FILE A COMPLAINT. I DID NOT RETURN TO THIS ESTABLISHMENT AND STAYED AT ANOTHER LOCATION. THEY ARE REFUSING TO REFUND MY MONEY DUE TO THEIR GROSS NEGLIGENCE AND DISRESPECT WHICH IS AS EXPECTED. I ASKED THE RESTAURANT NEXT DOOR IF THEY HAVE EVER HEARD ANYTHING GOOD ABOUT SONESTA HOTEL AND IT WAS NOT AT ALL. ANOTHER HOTEL SAID THEY ALWAYS HAVE ADS ON INDEED FOR HIRING AND NOW WE SEE WHY. THEIR REVIEWS ARE A SMOKESCREEN!
